How much does it cost?
We bill you only for the merchandise that is ordered plus any applicable sales tax and shipping. You do not pay for every point you award.

How do I sign up?

Signing up is easy. We need to discus how many VPoints you plan on awarding, the procedures for reporting and redeeming points, and arrange for you to receive the program materials. Once you have the materials you can start reporting points. Contact us today to get startted.

Am I locked into a contract?

You are not locked into a contract. We believe that the benefits of VPoints will be a valuable asset to your incentive goals but you are free to terminate at any time by simply notifying us of your intent. There is no penalty for cancellation.

What reports will I get?

We send a monthly listing of points awarded for each employee to be sure are records match. Invoices serve as a record of merchandise distributed. Also, we can customize reports to your business needs.

How do I track points in my office?

We provide you with a tracking package. It is your responsibility to maintain accurate records as a means of checks and balances with our data. Of course you can implement any tracking system that best serves your organization.

How do I report points?

As you award points you can log them in an electronic log that we provide. At the end of the day, simply send the log to our office. We will confirm receipt so you know we definitely have received the transmittal.

Can I suggest additional products?

Yes. If you have in-house products, event tickets, or any other product that you would like to offer in the incentive program, we will be happy to include them. Because revenue is derived from the sale of goods, there may be a surcharge for handling the products.

How many products are there?

We currently have thousands of products ranging from a candle to a plasma television. We are constantly adding additional products and removing outdated ones. This is why we use a binder format instead of a catalog. It allows the program to be very flexible.

How can I use VPoints to motivate?

Our current clients use VPoints to elicit good attendance, reduce tardiness, and increase productivity and teamwork. You can give large awards for meeting goals, small awards for everyday behaviors that are valuable to your organization or anything in between. The most successful use of points has been on a daily or weekly basis.

We service the entire United States from our Baltimore, Maryland office.

What kinds of products are there?

We have thousands of products raging from a candle to a plasma TV. We have items for men, women, teens, and children. We personally select all of our items to ensure quality and value. Individual employers have the option of adding or removing merchandise so each participant’s item availability may vary.

How do I get points?
Your employer will give you points that you can either spend immediately or save for higher point value items. Ask your manager how you can earn points today.

How many points do I have?

There are three ways to determine your points. You are given vouchers each time you receive points so you can simply add them up. Don’t forget to subtract any purchases you may have made. You can also ask your manger. Of course, you can always contact us and we would be happy to give you your up to date point level. All you need to do is provide us with your VPoints ID number.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, choose an item from the VPoints catalog. Your manager will have order forms and may have an established procedure, so be sure to ask. Once we receive your order form, we will process your request. It is important that you let your manager know when you place an order so they can keep accurate records.

How long does it take to get my merchandise?

Please allow us 4 to 6 weeks to deliver your order. Most items should arrive earlier but sometimes it does take the full amount of time. We always strive to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. Feel free to contact us if you would like to check the status of your order.

Can I return merchandise?

Yes, if there is a product defect. We ask that you utilize your product warranty to return merchandise directly to the manufacturer. If your product does not have a warranty, contact us to obtain a return authorization number.

Do my points ever expire?

Your employer sets this policy. In most cases, you points do not expire while you hold active employment, defined by your employer. Points do not expire on an annual basis or any other time period, as a general rule.

What does it cost me?

Most employers pay for everything. They pay for your merchandise and your shipping. All you have to do is earn the points and reap the benefits.

Should I save my points or spend them?

This is what is so great about VPoints; it’s your choice. Some people like to be rewarded often so they will spend their points as they get them. Other people want it all and are willing to wait for it so they save, sometimes for months or even a year, to get a higher point item. Whatever suites you best is what you should do.

What if my product is delayed?

Products can be delayed for a few reasons. Sometimes manufactures cannot meet the demands of customers so items are backordered. Sometimes, during peak shipping periods, delivery is the cause. Either way, we will do our best to keep you informed if your item is delayed. Of course, contact us if you need to check the status of an order.

Can I send a product as a gift?

Yes. You can have the item delivered to you, as normal, and pass the gift along. Keep in mind that you earned the points and your employer wants you to enjoy the products. There are established charities for which you can donate your points.

What is my VPoints ID?

Your VPoints ID is the first 4 letters of your last name and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. We use this ID number to track your points and issue products. We need it to look up your account. If you only have three letters in your last name we substitute the fourth letter with the first letter of your first name. Here are some examples:

John Doe (254-64-1111) = DOEJ1111

Mary Wilson (151-14-2222) = WILS2222
