| The Program |
The VPoints program is simple. We will help you calculate the total number of points you should distribute to meet your goals. You managers simply reward employees with points for customer service, quality assurance, attendance, productivity, teamwork, or any other behavior beneficial to your workplace.
Reporting points means keeping an electronic log and emailing it each day to our offices. We will record awards and send statements to the office monthly for reconciliation. When it comes time to redeem points, employees simply select a product from our catalog and send in an order form. The points will be deducted from their account. Making item distribution an event in the office will further motivate employees as they see their co-workers collecting exciting merchandise.

| The Difference |
What sets VPoints apart form other corporate rewards program? Well, first, you can customize your program. If you have your own product, event tickets, or special merchandise you would like to include in the program, we would be happy to include it.
Second, as an employer, you save by paying only for actually merchandise received. Other programs make you pay for the points you distribute. If an employee never redeems points or and employee leaves, large amounts of wasted expense occurs. We eliminate that costly waste by billing, not for points awarded, but for merchandise received.

We hand select our products from an array of manufactures to ensure a broad range of point values and a diverse array of treasures. Point values ranging from 500 to 200,000 give employees the opportunity to redeem immediately or save for larger items.
